At SwimRun Cyprus, we value your privacy and we only request personal data which are necessary for the organisation and conduct of our activities. We seek to keep you informed about the way we use your personal data, as well as your rights under the relevant European and National Legislations.
Collecting and using your information
When you submit a request to join our mailing list or contacting us for a question or comment, we ask for some minimum necessary information your name and email address . This enables us to keep track of correspondence.
When applying to participate in our events you may also be requested to provide additional information, which are necessary to facilitate your participation.
Protecting your information
Only authorized people from SwimRun Cyprus have access to stored information. We safeguard your information and our people are trained to understand and comply with these information principles.
Data that are collected when applying to participate in our events are kept for a period of 12 months after each event and then destroyed and removed from our records. Is possible to keep these data for a longer period of time in some cases (i.e. to settle any outstanding financial issues, to share any audiovisual material) and when this need does not exist anymore the data are destroyed and removed from our records.
SwimRun Cyprus will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information collected online to third parties.
